Serial number: it begins with "BD" followed by 8-digit number. You can find the serial number on the silver sticker on the back panel of your instrument.  Please see more details about the silver sticker.

Postal code: it is that of the location where your instrument is installed.

If you don't know the serial number and/or postal code, please enter any characters, for example, "123".  The boxes shouldn't be blank. (You will jump to a registration form.)
